模塊化撬裝化CO2回收技術(shù)研究與應(yīng)用(一)發(fā)表時(shí)間:2024-09-30 09:34 今天德潤(rùn)正明的小編和大家分享模塊化撬裝化CO2回收技術(shù)研究與應(yīng)用: 模塊化撬裝化CO2回收技術(shù)研究與應(yīng)用 陳興明1 ,何志山2 (1.中國(guó)石化華東油氣分公司勘探開(kāi)發(fā)研究院,江蘇 南京 210019;2.中國(guó)石化華東石油局液碳公司,江蘇 南京 210019) 摘要:在“碳達(dá)峰、碳中和”背景下,傳統(tǒng)化工企業(yè)都將面臨CO2排放指標(biāo)限難題。CCUS(碳捕集、利用與封存)技術(shù)是解決CO2排放難題的關(guān)鍵一招,化工企業(yè)首先需要依靠CO2尾氣捕集回收裝置,實(shí)現(xiàn)上游源頭減碳,再通過(guò)下游資源利用,進(jìn)而形成經(jīng)濟(jì)可行的CCUS產(chǎn)業(yè)鏈。針對(duì)傳統(tǒng)CO2尾氣回收裝置建設(shè)過(guò)程中存在的占地面積大,土建費(fèi)用高,靈活性差,施工周期長(zhǎng)等突出問(wèn)題,研發(fā)出模塊化撬裝化CO2回收技術(shù),可以有效降低前期投資成本和縮短施工周期。該技術(shù)根據(jù)裝置工藝功能單元特點(diǎn),基于模塊化設(shè)計(jì)實(shí)現(xiàn)回收工藝模塊劃分,達(dá)到100%工廠化預(yù)制,現(xiàn)場(chǎng)模塊化施工標(biāo)準(zhǔn)。同時(shí),利用撬裝化設(shè)計(jì),合理布局管道閥門(mén),實(shí)現(xiàn)模塊內(nèi)設(shè)備優(yōu)化整合成撬,最終形成全流程模塊化撬裝化的CO2回收裝置。現(xiàn)場(chǎng)應(yīng)用結(jié)果表明,相比傳統(tǒng)CO2尾氣回收裝置,模塊化撬裝化5×104t/a煤制氫CO2尾氣回收裝置完全達(dá)到降低投資成本和縮短施工周期目標(biāo),其中土建費(fèi)用降低74.0%,建設(shè)面積降低75.2%,工程施工周期縮短50.0%。 關(guān)鍵詞:碳排放;CCUS;模塊化;撬裝化;CO2;回收裝置 中圖分類(lèi)號(hào):TE37 文獻(xiàn)標(biāo)識(shí)碼:A

CCUS(Carbon Capture, Utilization and Storage)technology emerges as a crucial strategy for addressing CO2 emissions. To mitigate emissions at the source, chemical companies are turning to CO2 flue gas capture and recovery technologies, while also exploring ways to integrate these efforts into a costeffective CCUS industrial chain. To overcome the drawbacks of traditional CO2 flue gas recovery units, such as large land use, high construction costs, inflexibility, and lengthy construction times, the modular skid-mounted CO2 recovery technology has been introduced. This innovative approach minimizes upfront investment and accelerates project timelines by modularizing the recovery process, allowing for 100% factory prefabrication and streamlined on-site assembly. The skid-mounted design efficiently organizes pipelines and valves, integrating equipment within each module onto skids, resulting in a fully modular skid-mounted CO2 recovery unit. Field applications demonstrate significant advantages of the modular skid mounted approach over conventional methods. For exa mple, a 5×104 tons per year coal-to-hydrogen CO2 flue gas recovery unit saw a 74.0% reduction in construction costs, a 75.2% decrease in required space, and a 50.0% shorter construction timeline, effectively meeting the objectives of cost reduction and expedited project completion. Keywords: carbon emission; CCUS; modularity; skid-mounted; CO2; recovery device 截至2022年底,全球范圍內(nèi)由于化石燃料燃燒所排放的CO2量預(yù)計(jì)達(dá)到366×108t。為緩解和應(yīng)對(duì)CO2排放帶來(lái)的環(huán)境變化影響,化石能源的大規(guī)模低碳化利用、減少碳排放,是當(dāng)前社會(huì)發(fā)展的趨勢(shì)。中國(guó)推行綠色低碳發(fā)展的環(huán)境下,對(duì)化工企業(yè)產(chǎn)生的CO2尾氣進(jìn)行回收利用是必不可少的一步。同時(shí),隨著當(dāng)前世界形勢(shì)的復(fù)雜變化和中國(guó)國(guó)民經(jīng)濟(jì)的高速發(fā)展,設(shè)備集成一體化已經(jīng)成為石化行業(yè)建設(shè)工程中新建裝置的常規(guī)要求[1-5]。模塊化撬裝化組合是重要的集成化方式之一[6]。撬裝化是指一組設(shè)備固定在一個(gè)角鋼或工字鋼制成的底座上,通過(guò)撬杠或者起重設(shè)備就能移動(dòng)整套裝置,工業(yè)上撬裝設(shè)備應(yīng)用廣泛[7-10],比如:撬裝式發(fā)電機(jī)組、換熱機(jī)組、脫水裝置等多種形式。模塊化是通過(guò)對(duì)各種工藝設(shè)備的高效集成,使得每個(gè)撬塊都有獨(dú)立的功能,同時(shí)能夠?qū)崿F(xiàn)不同撬塊之間的協(xié)同運(yùn)行,便于分散式搬遷、運(yùn)移,降低吊裝難度。模塊化撬裝化設(shè)備具有集成度高、設(shè)計(jì)周期短、施工周期短、占地面積小、控制系統(tǒng)先進(jìn)、設(shè)備噪聲小、運(yùn)行可靠等優(yōu)點(diǎn)[11],有效解決了建設(shè)現(xiàn)場(chǎng)的施工技術(shù)難題[12]。因此,具有較高競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力。通過(guò)將CO2尾氣回收裝置模塊化撬裝化設(shè)計(jì),達(dá)到降低回收裝置建設(shè)投資成本、縮短施工周期的目標(biāo)。
